• Responsible for implementation and supervision of all support systems utilized by the operations team • Creation of systems required to ensure consistency in all areas throughout the business • Supports ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure all requirements are executed • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate departments and external contacts • Act in a liaison role between Operations, internal business units, and service providers • Recommend, develop, implement, and improve department-wide processes and procedures • Assist with planning and execution of the global business conference and other corporate meetings • Manage department documents and tracking for operations statistics • Maintain and update business content and tools
• Broad knowledge of general professional field such as finance, marketing, or business administration • Experience in a supervisory/lead customer support role focusing on planning and execution • Ability to analyze data/situations and make sound business decisions • Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and teamwork skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Suite • Excellent organization and planning skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
