Description

•Welcome to Little Otter! •Little Otter is a childhood mental health company focused on the mental health of young children and their parents. •The Sr. Director of Account Management is responsible for formulating and executing growth strategy for top clients. •You will oversee account launches, ensure successful implementations, and drive ongoing client growth and satisfaction. •Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience in account management or client services roles, with a strong focus on the healthcare or digital health sectors. •5+ years in a senior account management role, with a proven record in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth. •Experience in mental health care and digital health, particularly with health plans, healthcare providers/systems, and strategic partners. •Experience with health plans, healthcare systems/provider networks, and strategic partners is highly desirable. •Ability to develop and execute detailed account plans throughout the account relationship to achieve growth goals. •Strong understanding of the client market environment and associated capabilities/services. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. •Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time.
