• Manage LivaNova’s global privacy projects in Neuromodulation and Cardiopulmonary business units. • Act as the organizational resource for LivaNova’s privacy team, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic goals. • Support the CPO in accomplishing privacy compliance-related and administrative tasks. • Work closely with the CPO to organize and run privacy governance meetings. • Manage privacy risk register and ensure alignment and execution on all related work. • Monitor and respond to inquiries submitted to the Company regarding privacy-related topics. • Manage and respond to privacy rights requests in compliance with applicable law. • Manage administrative work associated with internal and external DPOs. • Draft internal privacy policies and procedures. • Collaborate with functional leads and ensure the timely execution of privacy deliverables • Partner with a variety of stakeholders located worldwide.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., JD) preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a consultant or project manager, preferably in the medical or medical device field, with a successful track record in managing high-profile and complex projects related to privacy and data governance. • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables. • Strong knowledge and background in U.S. and international privacy and data protection legal regimes. • Strong, confident facilitation skills. • Strong business acumen and the ability to align project activities with strategic goals. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and influence C-level stakeholders. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • OneTrust experience preferred. • Caring, empathetic, and solution-centric approach in the workplace. • Demonstrated commitment to LivaNova’s mission, vision, and pillars.
