📋 Description
• Enable success of the Venture Banking team by sourcing new client opportunities. • Work directly with VBO, PM, and PA to underwrite new credits. • Manage key VC relationships and nurture strong relationships with referral sources. • Oversee underwriting process and take ownership of client relationships post loan closing. • Assist and advise on final credit approval package and present to credit.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Venture Banking/ VC industry preferred. • Experience in underwriting and servicing venture banking type credits. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. • Sound judgment and in-depth knowledge of bank lending policies and procedures. • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel. • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years equivalent experience preferred. • High degree of self-motivation, dedication, creativity, and perseverance. • Flexibility with time and willingness to accept a demanding position.
