Description

• LivePerson is seeking a strategic Director of Partner Sales, West to build high-impact partnerships. • Identify and evaluate potential SI and VAR partnerships in the US and Canada. • Work closely with LivePerson West Coast field teams to source and qualify joint opportunities. • Build strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations. • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements to ensure maximum value. • Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of partnerships. • Collaborate with Innovation, Sales, and Product teams for technical integrations. • Evangelize partner opportunities across LivePerson for mutual success.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partners, sales, strategic alliances • Strong existing executive relationships with leading SIs, Regional SIs, Strategic Alliances, and VARs • Strong experience building, growing and leading new lines of business. • Proven success selling to, through, and with partners. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with C-Level executives in large enterprise companies. • Strong ability to measure and communicate progress against business objectives, flagging potential obstacles and developing and executing remediation plans. • Be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. • Sales and business value outcome orientation with strong problem-solving skills. • Skilled at influencing others, internally and externally; ability to develop alignment across complex multi-faceted organizations to deliver outcomes.
