Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field • 5+ years of Compensation experience, including job evaluation and pay structures • Proven experience consulting on compensation and HR solutions • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vlookups) • Strong analytical, math, and critical thinking skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Solid project management skills • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated attributes
