•1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2B tech or developer tools space. •Proven experience with cold calling and cold outreach. •Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels of an organization. •A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership. •Positive and energetic phone presence, excellent listening skills, and strong writing abilities. •Determined personality with a passion for growth and success. •Experience initiating first calls with qualified customers. •Expertise in both inbound and outbound pipeline creation. •Prior experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in a startup environment. •Ability to qualify potential customers before passing them to an Account Executive for a demo. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, handling uncertainties and challenges effectively. •Must be located in the EST time zone. •Experience sourcing leads in new territories or via new channels. •Experience conducting strategic outreach to enterprise customers.
