Description

• You have a customer-first approach and relationship-building is your superpower? Then join our dynamic team at Localyze as a Customer Success Manager! • You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and driving engagement and retention by guiding them through every aspect of our platform. • You’ll work closely with Global Mobility and People Operations teams supporting them in optimizing their global mobility services and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Success or related fields, ideally in HR tech or SAAS • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (other languages are a plus) • You can effectively build rapport, with new and existing customers • You are proactive & passionate about supporting your client portfolio, always with a customer-first approach • You have empathy for the complexities and stressors in global mobility processes • You are a self-starter, highly structured, and organized individual. You have an eye for detail and hold yourself accountable • You have a solution-oriented mindset, can solve problems independently, and know how to escalate issues and bring in other teams to drive results and solutions
