• Manage and deepen client relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring customer retention and renewal • Develop tailored Customer Success Plans, defining goals and tracking achievements • Conduct regular reviews of these plans, presenting progress to customers and KNIME’s teams • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping customers see the value of KNIME • Collaborate across departments to address customer needs and assist in workshops

Requirements

• Several years of experience in customer success or professional services roles • Effective communicator (fluent in both English and German) • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while remaining detail-oriented and analytical • Track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering adoption, and driving expansion • Familiarity with enterprise or cloud software • Previous experience running customer workshops • Flexibility to travel up to 50%
