• Du stärkst unsere langjährigen Partnerschaften mit Resellern und Systemhäusern. • Mit ihrem Feedback entwickelst du die Zusammenarbeit strategisch weiter. • Du optimierst kontinuierlich unser Partnerprogramm und gewinnst neue Partner, je nach Bedarf, telefonisch, virtuell oder persönlich auf Branchenveranstaltungen in deutscher oder englischer Sprache. • Im Onboarding entwickelst du mit deinen Partnern eine gemeinsame Strategie zur Implementierung der LocateRisk-Produkte in ihr Angebotsportfolio. • Du schulst die Partner regelmäßig zu den technischen Funktionen und Verkaufsaspekten der LocateRisk-Produkte. • Im regelmäßigen Austausch informierst du deine Partner über Neuheiten und evaluierst, wie du sie beim Erreichen ihrer Ziele unterstützen kannst. • Du beobachtest Markttrends und arbeitest eng mit unseren Marketing- und Sales-Teams zusammen, um diese Entwicklungen in gemeinsame Events und Vertriebsaktionen mit deinen Partnern umzusetzen. • Du pflegst Daten sorgfältig und erstellst regelmäßige Berichte, um den Erfolg unserer Partnerschaften zu analysieren und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. • Wir sind ein full-remote Team, was eigenständiges Arbeiten aller Beteiligten erfordert. Deshalb ist Mitdenken und Ideen entwickeln ausdrücklich erwünscht.
🎯 Requirements
• mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Partner- oder Account-Management mit Fokus auf B2B-Software • Affinität für IT-Sicherheit • Gutes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick in mündlicher und schriftlicher Form • Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) • Reisebereitschaft
