📋 Description

• Join us as an Account Manager (m/f/d) and help shape the future of open-source project management. • At OpenProject, we believe that great project management software should be open, transparent, and accessible to everyone. • As the leading open source project management platform, we empower teams worldwide to collaborate more efficiently and manage projects with full control and data sovereignty. • You’ll conduct demo appointments, guide them through onboarding and training, identify their needs, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way. • Build strong, long-term relationships with our clients and help them implement best practices with OpenProject. • Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs. • Support users during onboarding and training, and offer proactive advice on how to get the most out of OpenProject. • Track key account metrics and identify potential upsell opportunities in a helpful and consultative way. • Gather customer feedback and share insights with our product, marketing, and sales teams to continuously improve the user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German (native level) and English (professional level); additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus. • At least 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in a SaaS or tech environment. • Passionate about open-source software and want to be part of a mission-driven company that promotes transparency and collaboration. • Great communicator and know how to build strong relationships with customers. • Tech-savvy and excited to dive into the world of project management software. • Experience working with CRM systems and data sheets (bonus points if you’ve worked with OpenProject before). • Enjoy working in a remote-first team with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
