• Locus Robotics is the world leader in revolutionary, enterprise-level, warehouse automation solutions, incorporating powerful and intelligent autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). • Our proven and robust solutions dramatically improve product movement and operational productivity by 2–3x. • Locus’s intelligent automation increases worker productivity, reduces overtime costs, and seamlessly scales with our customers’ business needs and demands. • Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales leader ready to make an impact in the rapidly evolving world of warehouse automation and robotics? • Locus Robotics is looking for a US Sales Director to drive growth and expand our market presence. • The Director of Sales will lead our Sales team focused on Retail customers to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business objectives. • The ideal candidate is an experienced, high-energy sales leader with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring high-performance sales teams to deliver results. • Responsibilities include leading, inspiring, and mentoring a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, overseeing and optimizing the sales pipeline, and driving performance through sales plans and reviews. • Engage directly with clients, assist the sales team with meetings and presentations, track and enhance sales performance, cultivate strong relationships with retail customers, and represent the company at trade shows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams with a proven track record of success. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, develop, and evaluate sales teams to drive performance. • Proven success in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and quota targets. • Experience selling to retail and supply chain providers, with a history of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. • Expertise in engaging C-level and senior executives, delivering high-impact presentations and strategic sales pitches. • Proficient in CRM systems, with a deep understanding of data analysis and pipeline management; Salesforce experience required. • In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry, with a keen awareness of market trends and challenges. • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. • Willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight) as needed to support sales efforts and customer
