Description

• Conducting product demonstrations with prospective customers and Account Executives • Leading client workshops for data and process gathering • Listening to understand customer pain points and connect needs to features • Configuring LogicGate's no code platform for customized demos • Building relationships and being a trusted advisor • Conducting webinars and assisting in content creation • Providing feedback to Product team for potential features • Collaborating with Customer Success for seamless experience post sale

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant or Customer Success Manager • Proficiency in conducting and tailoring software demonstrations or client / customer-facing presentations • Curiosity to understand customer’s problems and communicate how LogicGate can add value • Ability to quickly understand audience and tailor the right message • Passion for SaaS applications
