• Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. • It provides a platform for managing translations of software, websites, mobile apps, and other digital content. • Overall, Lokalise helps businesses improve their time-to-market, increase translation quality, and reduce costs associated with localization. • As an Outbound BDR, you will play a critical role in driving Lokalise’s growth by generating qualified opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline. • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to identify target accounts, craft personalized outreach strategies, and build meaningful relationships with prospects.
• A strong desire to build a career in sales, ideally with some prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS or B2B environment. • Native or fluent-level English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus). • Exceptional communication skills, with an articulate and professional phone and email manner. • A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to overcome objections and persevere in challenging situations. • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting technologies.
