Requirements

• at least two years in a customer or merchant support role • experience working second or third shift • impressive communication skills through various documentation • strong attention to detail and organization • examples of creating exceptional partnerships with customers • problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment • proactive in improving processes and documentation • willingness to learn new tools • experience with Front, JIRA, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack is a plus • experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or Shopify is a plus • bonus points for troubleshooting API integrations, SQL, or web development knowledge
