Description

• Identify, develop, outreach plans and maintain documentation in the CRM • Engage in outbound call activity to prospect for customers • Follow up on leads as a result of marketing initiatives • Conduct technology demonstrations • Engage in written and verbal correspondence to win and maintain new business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least one year of telesales experience required • Must have demonstrable CRM systems experience required; preferably Salesforce, previous dialer or campaign cadence software experience or experience with similar sales productivity tools • Proven ability to work in a metrics-driven sales environment • Library operational or library sales experience • Thorough knowledge of strategic selling • Strong communicator and a highly competitive teammate • Risk-taker and willingness to accept rejection • Ability to quickly bond with prospects, control the sales cycle, quickly and thoroughly qualify and close opportunities • Process oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Have proven writing ability in conjunction with excellent presentation skills
