Description

• Blendco Systems is looking to hire a high-performing Regional Sales Representative. • Responsible for managing an existing account base and growing sales in various end markets. • Accountable for increasing market share and communicating customer needs to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or chemistry preferred. • 2+ years of industrial sales success, preferably in the car wash industry, chemical distribution sales, chemical application, or relevant industries. • Proven knowledge and experience selling to end users and distributors. • Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships at all levels of customers organization. • Proven effectiveness in prospecting, delivering effective presentations and closing new projects. • Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and high achievement orientation. • Driven to perform with the willingness to learn and grow. • Strong consultation, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-resolution • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to fulfil customer needs. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Customer Management Relationship), and internet-based programs • Professionally developed sales and territory management skills • Strong time management skills, process orientation and attention to details • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to travel up to 35% including overnight travel. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
