β’ As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for making sales calls with the goal of setting appointments. β’ You will ensure that clients feel engaged and valued during conversations. β’ Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with the primary goal of scheduling appointments. β’ Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience during every interaction. β’ Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions using CRM software or tracking systems. β’ Work closely with the team to align strategies, improve processes, and meet business development goals.
