📋 Description
• We are looking for an energetic team player who takes initiative to drive positive outcomes for customers. • The Support Consultant will develop an expertise with PeopleFluent’s suite of HR software products and apply that expertise in resolving customer inbound issues. • The Support Consultant will intake customer issues via phone or the ticketing application. • The team member will quickly triage assigned tickets to come up with action plans to move their tickets toward resolution by diagnosing software and systems failures. • The team member may engage internal teams, utilize knowledgebase articles and work directly with the customer throughout the lifecycle of the ticket.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or a related field or comparable education • Consulting and/or product management experience or equivalent work experience is an advantage • Previous experience in HR or HR software applications is an advantage
