Requirements

β€’ 7-10 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related role. β€’ Ability to build scalable community programs that grow organically and foster deep engagement. β€’ Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and adapt strategies based on data. β€’ Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and sales teams. β€’ Experience leveraging written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content and foster vibrant communities. β€’ A deep enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships that unite customers, partners, and influencers. β€’ Able to manage multiple projects with a proactive and self-motivated approach. β€’ Familiarity with social media tools, platforms, and community engagement strategies.
