Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team members achieve their full potential • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics • Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities • Communicate sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management • Expertise in business value selling, developing ROI models that justify the purchase • Proven capability to work with the sales team to craft closing presentations that solve the customer’s business problems while telling a compelling story • Lead from the front: firsthand experience in leading the sale, from start to finish. You can show the sales team what the perfect sales call looks like! • Represent LucidLink at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings as needed. • Strong negotiating skills - the ability to “say no” to advance the sale • Ability to establish business leader credibility with customers resulting in being able to close large, complex deals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in MEDDPICC and Question Based selling methodology • 5+ years of strong leadership and proven team management experience, preferably in Saas or Technology sales • Experience in team development and training • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in using CRM software and sales engagement platforms • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets in a team environment • Ability to work cross-functionally with Channels, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Support
