• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience (3+ years) in inside sales, preferably in the technology, software, or immersive tech industry. • Strong understanding of global sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and CRM management. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Experience working with clients in multiple industries, such as Healthcare, Defense, or Manufacturing. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously. • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
