📋 Description
• The role of Account Director is responsible for overseeing market access projects and clients. • Must be a strategic thinker with understanding of marketplace. • Defines short and long-term strategies to meet market access objectives. • Manages all aspects of client accounts and project management. • Maintains and grows client relationships and proposes new business projects. • Leads projects from planning to completion and oversees teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams • Incisive thinking, decisive action • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications • Candidates must possess US work authorization • Occasional travel may be required
