📋 Description

• Lead the sales process from initial prospect engagement through to contract negotiation and execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals. • Deliver impactful presentations of enterprise software solutions to key decision-makers, effectively demonstrating how our products address critical healthcare challenges. • Identify and understand customer pain points, tailoring solutions that align with their specific business objectives and healthcare needs. • Skillfully overcome objections, negotiate terms, and drive complex deals to successful closure, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership. • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a seamless lead handoff, optimize pipeline progression, and maximize conversion rates. • Partner with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies with customer requirements, ensuring smooth post-sale execution. • Track and manage all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting to leadership. • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging healthcare technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions and identify new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. • 3–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the healthcare technology or SaaS sector. • Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets, particularly in complex sales environments. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and build trust. • Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments and navigating lengthy, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers. • Expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, consistently driving results while adapting to the dynamic needs of the healthcare industry.
