Description

• Grow and Lead the operations of the Revenue Operations team. • Develop and manage the consultant program and partner enablement initiatives. • Oversee the creation and analysis of HubSpot reports, dashboards, and BOD decks/data. • Lead the planning and execution of key sales events. • Own and manage the company’s price book, margin analysis, and SKU management. • Ensure proper alignment and execution of contracts and legal processes. • Partner with finance to update partners on key financial metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. • Proven track record in leading revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar function. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change across multiple departments. • Nice to Have: • Experience with financial modeling and margin analysis. • Legal knowledge related to SOW and contracts. • Prior experience in a SaaS or fintech environment. • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field. • At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
