β€’ Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry. β€’ Looking for a Customer Success Manager I for strategic support and client education webinars. β€’ Analyze customer journey and develop engagement strategies and lead webinars. β€’ Manage a large portfolio of 600+ Side Partnership clients and ensure their needs are met. β€’ Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with teams for product feedback. β€’ Design and deliver educational webinar programs, track performance metrics, and improve attendance.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations. β€’ 1+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or another customer-facing role. β€’ Knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media. β€’ Proven success in data-driven decision-making and results-oriented strategies. β€’ Ability to innovate in fast-paced, dynamic environments. β€’ Passion for empowering clients and building meaningful relationships. β€’ Interest or experience in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus).

Benefits

β€’ 60-65k base with a 20% performance bonus
