• Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch. • The Partnerships Strategy & Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate projects within the partnerships team. • This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of project management. • The successful candidate will be flexible but determined, enjoys tackling hard problems, and working with teams. • This person will build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Lead the planning and implementation of assigned Partnerships projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Develop and manage project plans and timelines, revising them as requirements and needs change • Develop project documentation, such as agendas, minutes, issue lists, etc. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, presentations • Analyze project successes and failures to ensure continuous quality improvement • Collaborate with core Partnerships team members, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical activities of assigned projects • Develop and execute analysis in support of strategic planning, partnerships, and business development • Manage relationships with external partners in support of strategic initiatives as needed • Translate and prioritize business needs and drive cross-functional projects that involve the Partnerships team - owning planning, execution, and communications • Use a data driven approach to initiate, improve and scale current Partnerships processes • Evaluate and refine project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
