Requirements

β€’ 7-10+ years of direct sales management experience. β€’ Deep enterprise software experience, particularly in Supply Chain Software or Enterprise AI solutions. β€’ Ability and willingness to balance tactical day-to-day with setting a high growth company up for scale. β€’ Experience as a sales leader amongst different stages of rapid scale. β€’ Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and scaling enterprise sales teams. β€’ Experience implementing sales methodologies and processes in high-growth environments. β€’ Strong consultative selling background. β€’ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. β€’ Outstanding communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
