📋 Description

• Provide organizational support to the recruiting team; manage recruiting team’s task lists. • Maintain primary responsibility for the team’s data management and reporting. • Engage Prairie Aviation Training Centre (PATC) staff to foster understanding and participation in the recruiting process. • Build relationships with students at PATC through events, presentations, meetings, and meals. • Regularly communicate with international MAF mobilization and recruiting groups. • Audit CRM record accuracy. • Ensure effective and timely communication between candidates and recruiting team. • Maintain regular communication with MAFC alumni. • Facilitate connections between alumni and recruiting prospects needing mentorship and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Administration or Communication or a bachelor's degree. • Previous experience in an administrative or communications role is a great asset. • Familiarity with MAFC, missions work, and/or aviation is an asset. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. • Demonstrated alignment with the mission, vision, values, and doctrinal statements of MAFC. • Knowledge of scripture and ability to articulate Christian faith in professional and personal settings. • Understanding of the Great Commission and a passion for global missions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Readiness to travel several times a year. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful. • Warm, approachable, and able to connect with diverse individuals. • Strong sense of initiative and commitment to excellence. • Fluency in French is an asset. • A passionate belief in and love for Jesus Christ.
