Description

• Facilitates reporting efforts using SQL and data query tools • Extensive experience with AWS Amazon Redshift • Responsible for leading analytics and research functions of the department • Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports • Interprets data accuracy and collection needs • Develops plans to enhance reporting abilities • Coordinates application enhancements with IT department • Mentors peers and co-workers • Plays a lead role in prioritizing projects

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in statistical analysis and statistical packages • Bachelor's degree required • May consider an additional 3-4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree • Experience in statistics, research, information systems or health services related field • Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong leadership, process improvement, time management, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong expertise in MS Excel and relational databases • Ability to use reporting software such as Actuate, Cognos, Crystal reports, or SAS
