β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for named customers, engaging with all levels of management. β€’ Proactively identify opportunities to extend the use of DevonWay, suggesting new applications or expanding the user base of existing ones. β€’ Analyse customer needs and propose improvements to enhance platform utilisation. β€’ Conduct training sessions for users on deployed applications, ensuring they are equipped to maximise their use of the platform. β€’ Collaborate with project managers to provide work estimates and project plans. β€’ Utilise an agile methodology to design and configure applications based on user stories and tickets. β€’ Adhere to the Ideagen Software Quality Assurance (SQA) process in all developments. β€’ Plan and manage data conversions, third-party system interfaces, and reference data loads as needed. β€’ Design, build, test, and deploy SSRS and/or Business Intelligence reports. β€’ Develop, test, and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ U.S. Citizen. β€’ Not a citizen of any other country (no dual citizenship). β€’ Able to pass a security background check. β€’ Able to achieve U.S. government security clearance. β€’ Able to travel occasionally. β€’ Strong customer focus with a comfort level in engaging with a diverse range of customers, including executives. β€’ Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. β€’ Demonstrated organisational skills and proven ability to manage tasks effectively while meeting deadlines. β€’ Ability to remain composed under high-pressure situations, such as service outages or urgent technical issues. β€’ Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, capable of navigating complex technical challenges. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the capability to connect business and technical requirements for effective solution delivery.
