β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for named customers, engaging with all levels of management. β’ Proactively identify opportunities to extend the use of DevonWay, suggesting new applications or expanding the user base of existing ones. β’ Analyse customer needs and propose improvements to enhance platform utilisation. β’ Conduct training sessions for users on deployed applications, ensuring they are equipped to maximise their use of the platform. β’ Collaborate with project managers to provide work estimates and project plans. β’ Utilise an agile methodology to design and configure applications based on user stories and tickets. β’ Adhere to the Ideagen Software Quality Assurance (SQA) process in all developments. β’ Plan and manage data conversions, third-party system interfaces, and reference data loads as needed. β’ Design, build, test, and deploy SSRS and/or Business Intelligence reports. β’ Develop, test, and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
