🎯 Requirements

• Erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder als SDR • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) • Vertrautheit mit CRM-Systemen, insbesondere HubSpot • Affinität für technologische Lösungen und die Immobilienbranche • Resiliente Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, aus Rückschlägen zu lernen • Kommunikationstalent mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten im Cold Calling und Umgang mit Einwänden • Profi im Zeitmanagement und in der effizienten Priorisierung von Aufgaben • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit hoher emotionaler Intelligenz • Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse des Kunden im Bereich der digitalen Transformation zu verstehen und zu kommunizieren • Freundlichkeit, Überzeugungskraft und ein hohes Maß an Dringlichkeit • Selbstmotivation und "Hands-on"-Mentalität
