Description

• Oversee Management Solutions’ HR and Talent Acquisition functions • Develop and implement departmental budget • Lead HR team to develop and execute HR strategies • Implement applicant tracking, HRIS, ensuring data integration • Coordinate and implement policies, processes, training initiatives • Lead Talent Acquisition team, develop, and execute strategies • Research and apply current HR best practices and laws • Lead workforce planning initiatives • Manage firmwide succession planning • Oversee organizational charts

Requirements

• US citizenship required due to government contract requirements • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of HR experience • Federal government contracting experience in either DOE or DoD • Mature project manager with experience managing talent acquisition and HR functions • Proficient user of MS Office applications • Strong analytical/problem resolution skills • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
