• Mantel is developing molten-salt-based carbon capture technology for industrial applications. • The Project Director manages projects from feasibility to construction and commissioning. • Responsibilities include coordinating with teams and managing project schedules. • The ideal candidate is a well-organized problem solver who can communicate effectively.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in industrial plant design and project management • Field experience in industrial plant construction • Thorough understanding of engineering drawings, P&IDs, subsystem specifications, cut sheets, product manuals, and engineering test procedures • Familiarity with industrial safety and process hazard analysis • Familiarity with piping, welding, and electrical specifications • Experience in interpreting and applying industry standards, customer/partner requirements, and government regulation compliance • Experience with carbon capture, high-temperature, molten salt, or boiler/steam systems • Experience in industrial pilot plant commissioning, testing, and/or operations
