📋 Description
• As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Director of Commercial Broking to elevate our sales and service levels for our clients. • Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position entails overseeing multiple commercial broking teams in sales, service and admin. You will be driving results by coaching other coaches, creating efficiencies to streamline our processes and creating meaningful engagement throughout the team. • Externally you will be responsible for owning key relationships with underwriters and vendors to enhance product offerings for Zensurance clients.
🎯 Requirements
• RIBO license required. • CIP/CRM/CAIB is an asset. • 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably broking. • 7+ years of people management experience. Experience managing other managers. • Excellent technical commercial insurance knowledge. • Ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to proactively solve problems in a fast paced environment. • Display excellent people management and role modelling for performance and organizational behaviour.
