📋 Description
• Responsible for leading the compliance team to operate an effective compliance program • Create the culture of compliance within the company. • Creating the infrastructure and process for effective reporting of compliance concerns • Effective oversight by the Board and senior executive team. • Identify and assess areas of compliance risk and develop plans to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) required plus at least 8 years of healthcare compliance program experience • Experience with medical groups and ambulatory care settings, preferred • Proven track record in compliance auditing and monitoring, investigation, risk assessment, enforcement and formulation of comprehensive audit policies, programs and plans
