Description

• Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties • Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media • Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability • Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process • Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration • Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts • Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages • In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
