Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development • In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
