Description

β€’ Increase revenue by turning sales opportunities into done deals. β€’ Manage territory: All of Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota. β€’ Match or beat sales targets through selling solutions related to tubing, pipe, and bar. β€’ Identify and proactively call on new customers for long-term, profitable relationships. β€’ Understand customer pain points and innovate solutions. β€’ Keep customers informed about industry trends. β€’ Establish strong relationships with decision makers at customer organizations. β€’ Collaborate with departments within M/K to achieve objectives. β€’ Provide sales management with call reports on activities.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience in metals service center industry or similar industrial sales industry. β€’ Strong knowledge of pipe/tubing/bar/value added services is preferred. β€’ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field. β€’ Effective in written correspondence, verbal communication, and presentations. β€’ Skilled at relationship-development and customer service. β€’ Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Teams.
