• Increase revenue by turning sales opportunities into done deals. • Manage territory: All of Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota. • Match or beat sales targets through selling solutions related to tubing, pipe, and bar. • Identify and proactively call on new customers for long-term, profitable relationships. • Understand customer pain points and innovate solutions. • Keep customers informed about industry trends. • Establish strong relationships with decision makers at customer organizations. • Collaborate with departments within M/K to achieve objectives. • Provide sales management with call reports on activities.
• Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience in metals service center industry or similar industrial sales industry. • Strong knowledge of pipe/tubing/bar/value added services is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field. • Effective in written correspondence, verbal communication, and presentations. • Skilled at relationship-development and customer service. • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficient with Microsoft Teams.
