• Hinge is the dating app designed to be deleted. • In today’s digital world, singles are focused on building meaningful connections. • Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator. • Responsible for managing a seamless recruiting process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. • Play a vital role in scheduling, coordinating interviews, and candidate communication.
Requirements
• 1+ years in a recruiting or HR coordination role, ideally in a high-volume hiring environment. • Proficiency with ATS software, scheduling tools, and Google Suite. Experience with Lever and/or GoodTime is a plus. • Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in fast-paced settings. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing needs and timelines. • Experience working with remote teams and familiarity with virtual interview coordination.
