• Lead a team of experienced sales and customer success professionals • Focus on selling WeatherDesk and ClimateDesk solutions • Deliver client value within industries such as banking, finance, energy, and agriculture • Coach and lead team members • Drive go-to-market activities for established and new offerings • Define and refine strategy for sales and customer-focused activities • Drive and achieve 6-figure sales quotas • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Bachelors in Meteorology, Weather Science, or equivalent experience in industry • 7-10 years of experience carrying a sales quota • 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams • Deep customer knowledge and network • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and negotiating skills • Team player with a high level of integrity • Demonstrates creativity in developing winning solutions • Able to motivate teams when faced with aggressive growth targets • Skilled in prioritizing to drive maximum revenue impact • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, products, services, and methods • Excellent industry and market awareness • Experience with Salesforce.com • Strong excel and powerpoint skills • Able to manage a budget • Able to travel up to 20% of the time • Experience with Sandler Sales Methodology or similar
