• Bringing industry expertise to med and large strategic clients and prospects • Customizing HIS solution delivery in collaboration with account sales teams • Designing and presenting solutions for complex clients using revenue cycle expertise • Achieving overall sales objectives with account sales teams • Supporting industry adoption of Solventum Revenue Integrity solutions as a spokesperson

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7+) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED and fourteen (14) years of experience in the same areas • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret client revenue cycle data and translate insights into actionable strategies • 2-3 years of affordability experience at a health plan/insurance company • Ability to continuously evaluate denial prevention processes and implement improvements • Knowledge of different types of denials (eligibility, coverage, timely filing, medical necessity, place of service, coding and clinical denials) • Understanding of insurance payor policies (Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial payors) • Experience identifying failure points and developing corrective actions for payment integrity • Understanding of Billing, Coding and Clinical Documentation Improvement and its impact on claim denials • Experience with reimbursement models including value-based care/ACO modeling • Active participation in local or national Health Financial Management Association (HFMA) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies
