📋 Description
Company is a mission-driven consumer health company that provides men with content, community, and clinical support•Maximus is looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy and drive innovation across multiple product lines•This role requires a strategic, high-impact leader who can shape the future of the platform and improve patient experiences
🎯 Requirements
5+ years of product experience, specifically in a leadership role, at a high-growth company (healthtech, subscription, or consumer services preferred)•Proven track record of launching and scaling new products while managing complex product roadmaps•Strong background in data-driven decision-making, experimentation & A/B testing, and analytics to optimize performance•Experience overseeing internal systems, including EMRs, patient workflows, and automation tools is a nice to have•Expertise in subscription models, monetization strategies, and engagement mechanics•Experience leading a product team while also being hands-on in execution
