Requirements

• 4+ years experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, and/or investment banking • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving projects from strategy through implementation. You are scrappy and resourceful. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen • Analytical mindset: ability to structure strategic analyses, gather insights (data-driven, stakeholders’ point of views, etc..) and translate these into actionable recommendations • Exceptional communication skills to deliver your recommendations effectively and concisely (e.g proficiency in memo-writing, Excel/GSheets, and Powerpoint/GSlides). You can influence without direct authority. • High-energy team player who works well cross-functionally and has a strong track-record of building strong collaborative relationships across the org • Knowledge or willingness to learn SQL
