•Lead, mentor, and develop a global sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. •Establish and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends. •Manage and nurture relationships with existing tier 1 and tier 2 partners, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. •Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the partner ecosystem. •Work closely with marketing, product, and monetization teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product offerings tailored to partners’ needs. •Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to enhance product development and marketing strategies. •Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. •Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market analysis and partner feedback. •Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and implement improvements where necessary. •Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.
•10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the ISP/Telco industry •Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships with tier 1 and tier 2 telecom providers •Strong executive presence with the ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level •Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills •Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving success •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
