• MCI is North America’s public and private market motor coach leader. • Position primarily responsible for building strong customer relationships and executing customer strategies. • Identifies prospective and repeat customers for new bus sales. • Conducts bus demonstrations and presentations. • Acts as consultant with customers to develop best value specifications. • Submits contact reports through CRM and assists in issue resolution. • Knowledgeable of company's offerings and customer options. • Leads customer team in developing strategies for Metropolitan accounts. • Monitors customer account health and provides input on production schedules. • Achieves quarterly and annual sales targets. • Represents the company in transit associations and reports on industry trends. • Participates in postmortem reviews of wins and losses with bid teams. • Provides input on marketing collateral and competitor analysis. • Participates in strategic projects for competitive advantage. • Responsible for timely expense report submission and travel planning. • Performs duties within company guidelines and manages expenses.
