β’ 4+ year sales experience in sales environment (Healthcare, Lab or Distribution preferred) β’ 4+ years strong business solutions/consulting experience β’ Must be able to travel daily within assigned region β’ Ability to strategically build relationships with sales leadership, customers, and vendors β’ Ability to take ownership, influence others, and drive sales process from inception to close β’ Ability to educate and train sales force β’ Proven experience working in complex situations and negotiating with decision makers β’ High accountability for both internal and external customers β’ Strong organizational skills to drive performance and time management β’ Leadership and change management skills β’ Prior sales experience in distribution is a plus β’ Prior lab sales experience is a plus β’ B2B sales experience is a plus β’ Specific experience in team selling lab products β’ Physician Office Lab (POL) experience β’ Proficiency with using a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce) β’ Proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook β’ Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record β’ Driving history for a minimum of last 36 months
