• Responsible for executing against GPO performance objectives for a set group of highly engaged strategic customers within a region • Works directly with C suite and physicians to build strategic plans that align with the practice goals • Drives strategic initiatives and delivers results for members • Leads complex projects to improve value, innovate offerings, streamline efficiencies, and improve customer experience • Partners with Business Development Directors to provide contract insights to our biopharma partners.
• Bachelor's degree required (in Business, Management Science, Mathematics or Economics) • 7+ years relevant healthcare experience • 3+ years sales, consulting or provider engagement experience preferred • 5+ years of experience in leadership, business analysis, and strategy development in management consulting, technology, or consumer-packaged goods environment. • Previous Group Purchasing Organization experience is a plus • Healthcare experience required, specifically Oncology experience highly preferred • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required • Strong service selling, service delivery and client relationship skills.
