Description

• Skillsoft seeks a Director of Business Intelligence to build management reporting • Develop and implement a BI strategy to support business objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business metrics • Build management and operational reporting, including dashboards and reports • Lead a team of BI professionals, providing guidance and mentorship • Ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities for data quality improvements • Stay updated on industry trends in BI and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of BI professionals • Experience developing and implementing BI strategies and solutions • Advanced knowledge of BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Looker, SSRS, SQL and native reporting in the could data platforms – Snowflake, Azure, AWS • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
