• As a Member Account Executive, you will work in collaboration with all departments to ensure successful execution of programs within the market. • You will support strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth through innovative solutions while ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction. • Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions within McKesson Pharmacies and external partners. • Support implementation of programs within assigned territory; conduct on-site training sessions as needed • Identify areas for improvement or enhancement related to program execution • Develop action plans to address gaps identified during audits • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales representatives, operations staff, and vendor partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery of services • Ensure accurate reporting on program status and performance metrics • Collaborate with vendors/partners to understand their offerings and identify potential new business opportunities • Manage communication channels between internal teams and external partners
• University degree preferred; equivalent experience in retail pharmacy management will be considered • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated problem solving abilities • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where prioritization skills are essential • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations is an asset • Up to 60% travel needed - limited overnight travel
